Trade-In

1. We reserve the right to decline trade of any bike.

2. We will only accept bike brand bikes (i.e. Trek, Specialized, Giant, etc…).

3. Trade value is determined based on market value, labor, parts and re-sell potential.

4. Trade value can only be applied to purchase of a new bike from 2 Rivers.

Returns

1. We stand behind every order.

2. In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your package.

3. A return authorization form must accompany all returns to efficiently process your refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Please contact us for a return authorization number (RA#). Write this RA# on the outside of your package so we can efficiently process your refund.

5. All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.

6. There is a 10% restocking fee for items returned that are not the fault of 2 Rivers Bicycle and Outdoor

Shipping

1. When the Seller ships to Link

• Seller is given a full credit for the shipping costs when the final check is issued to them

• Seller MUST insure bike at amount assessed by 2RL.

• 2RL will not be responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

Non-Sale of Consignment Bike

1. When a bike does not sell and the Seller wants it back the Seller must pay shipping prior to the bike being shipped. There is also a non-refundable $35 fee.

Bike Value

1. When a bicycle is shipped to 2 Rivers Link for consignment services and the bike is found to be worth less than originally quoted (based on information provided by the seller),2 Rivers Link has the right to reject the bike. The seller must pay return shipping costs prior to the bike being shipped back to them.
