Spring 2013 - 6th 6 Weeks (April 8 - May 18)
Indoor cycling classes help bicyclists, cross-country skiers, triathletes and fitness enthusiasts to get fit or build upon fitness during the fall, winter and early spring months. Each class has room for 9 riders. Commercial grade Star Trac stationary bicycles will be provided.
Classes are led by certified instructors that will provide coaching on riding positions, breath control, pedaling technique, bike fit, and suggested intensity levels for more effective workouts. There will be a variety of workouts utilizing instructor designed programs. Workouts will vary in intensity. We urge all riders to ride at their own pace.
Changes - Class Offering and Times
We have scaled back our class schedule for the spring with the arrival of our group ride program in the evening. There are group rides available for all abilities! Check our event calendar for more information on our group rides.. Thanks!
Beginner / Intermediate: This class is great for those that are just getting back into aerobic training. Classes will increase in difficulty over the six weeks but at a slower rate than other offerings.
All Abilities: This is a class structure that starts with easier classes and then gets harder as the weeks progress (as participants become more fit). They are appropriate for beginners up to more advanced riders.
Intermediate / Advanced: These classes contain a significant amount of strength and interval work with less recovery. Participation in previous spin classes or a base level of fitness is recommended.
Ultra Endurance: This class is targeted at the fitness enthusiast or endurance athlete looking to get in a longer workout that takes you to another level of physical fitness.
Spin-O-Lates: This class is a blend of a 50 minute spin class and a 40 minute pilates mat class. This is a 6 week class beginning April 16th from 10:30 am to 12 noon. For more information or to register, call Jennifer Huggins @ 608-451-2900 or send an email to email@example.com
Introducing our 'Open Spin' packages. This allows you to use our indoor Spinning stationary bicycles at your convenience during store hours and when classes aren't in session. We have workout videos available for use (no charge). Come in to purchase your punch card today!
10 sessions = $49, 20 sessions = $89, Unlimited sessions = $149

A 6 week course is $45 plus tax. There is a discount for Fort Health Care employees, Fort Health Care PPO members and senior citizens. If you register, for example, for the 5:45 a.m. Tuesday class, that is the class you are registered for during the six-week period (no jumping between classes). You can register for more than one class during the six-week session if you wish to get more miles in.
