2 Rivers Indoor Cycling - Sufferfest - Watertown

Introducing 'Sufferfest' indoor cycling. A program for all abilities that includes video footage/rocking music that helps guide the workout along with an instructor. Ride the roads of Europe while getting an awesome workout! Overview (1) Classes use a Cycleops rear wheel Fluid trainer. Participants must bring their bicycle. (2) Class fee covers: *one month of unlimited classes (2 classes are offered per week). *free storage of bicycle at 2 Rivers *ad hoc Zwift sessions (come to the store and ride solo using Zwift interactive software if you need an extra workout) *FTP test each month to measure progress (3) Classes are offered Wednesday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 7:30 a.m. and are first come first serve. Initially there will be 7 rear wheel trainers available per class.

Using the technique of Cross-Discipline we will ride for a short 30-35 min session followed by Yoga postures focusing on the core and ending with a relaxing stretch. All levels welcome.
